About the Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to analyze requirements, document processes, and drive data-driven decision making.
What You'll Build:
- Internal Tools & Dashboards - Data visualization dashboards and reporting tools for business insights
- Documentation & Process Maps - Business requirement documents, user stories, and process flowcharts
- Data Analysis Projects - Analytical models and reports to support business decision-making
Core Responsibilities:
- Requirements Documentation: Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications by interacting with clients and internal requirement teams
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data, create reports, and present insights to support decision-making
- Stakeholder Support: Participate in meetings, take notes, and help communicate updates between business and technical teams
- Process Mapping: Document current business processes using flowcharts and identify areas for improvement
- Testing Support: Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Collaboration: Assist in UAT planning, execute test cases, and document findings to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather data to support business cases
- Project Assistance: Track project tasks, maintain documentation, and support project delivery activities

Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or willingness to learn advanced features
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Ability to create clear documentation and presentations
- Understanding of data visualization principles
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is a plus)

1. General Terms (Internship + Employment)
Professional Conduct & Behavioral Requirements:
- Maintain high standards of professional behavior and ethical conduct in all work interactions
- Strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive data, personally identifiable information, company information, client data, proprietary technology, and business strategies
- All work created during employment belongs to OX Group and must be properly documented
- Professional communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Commitment to skill development and staying updated with latest technology and industry trends
2. Internship-Specific Terms (0-3 Months)
- Conversion to Full Time Employment is based on performance evaluation, successful project completion, and cultural fit assessment and not all interns will be offered full-time employment
- The internship duration will not be counted as part of the employment commitment period
- Interns must provide 3 days advance written notice to HR if unable to continue and within the internship program
3. Employment-Specific Terms (After Internship Completion)
Employment Confirmation & Commitment:
- Employment confirmation begins only after successful completion of the internship phase
- A 24-month commitment period applies from the date of employment confirmation
- 60 days notice period is required for resignation during employment
- Employment letter and terms will be issued only upon successful internship completion
Training Cost Recovery Policy:
If an employee resigns before completing 24 months of confirmed employment (internship not included), the following recovery rules apply: This is not a penalty. It represents the actual training, onboarding, and development costs invested in your professional growth.
0–6 Months: Salary Reimbursement for Actual Months Worked
The employee must reimburse the total salary paid for the months actually worked, up to a maximum of 6 months.
- Resigns after 2 months → repay 2 months' salary
- Resigns after 5 months → repay 5 months' salary
After 6 Months (Up to 24 Months): Fixed Recovery
If the employee resigns after completing 6 months but before 24 months, the recovery is capped at first 6 months' salary, regardless of how long they worked.
- Resigns at 12, 15, or even 20 months → repay first 6 months' salary only
Additional Clarifications
- Salary refers to the gross monthly salary received by the employee.
- Recovery applies only when the employee voluntarily resigns before completing the 24-month commitment after confirmation.
- Internship duration is excluded from this calculation
- All outstanding recovery amounts must be settled before final relieving.
- Employees leaving before completing 24 months are not eligible for the retention bonus.
Termination Policy (by Management):
Performance-Based Termination:
- Due to consistent underperformance or skill-gap issues
- No training cost recovery applicable
- 60-day notice period will be provided
- No retention bonus eligibility
Misconduct-Based Termination:
- Due to misconduct, policy violations, fraud, or actions detrimental to company interests
- Full training cost recovery as per policy
- Immediate termination possible for serious misconduct
- No retention bonus eligibility
- Reason documented in relieving letter
