About the Role & Key Responsibilities
OX Infy is looking for an HR Executive to support and execute HR operations across talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. Whether you're a fresher or an experienced HR professional, this is a role where you'll get hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR and grow into a well-rounded HR professional.
What You'll Do:
- Support Talent Acquisition - Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across departments
- Execute Employee Engagement - Help run programs that strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction
- Handle HR Operations - Manage employee records, payroll inputs, attendance, documentation, and compliance tasks
- Learn & Grow in HR - Work closely with senior HR leadership, manage leave & attendance through OX Bema, and develop strong HR practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Onboarding & Induction: Assist in onboarding programs, conduct orientations, manage joining documentation, and ensure smooth new hire integration.
- Payroll & Attendance: Maintain attendance records, process leave management, and assist in payroll input preparation and statutory deductions.
- HR Operations & Administration: Manage employee data, generate HR letters, handle verification requests, and support day-to-day HR admin tasks.
- Performance Management Support: Assist in appraisal coordination, goal-setting documentation, and feedback session scheduling.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Support grievance handling, engagement activities, conflict resolution coordination, and exit formalities.
- Compliance Assistance: Help ensure labor law compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity) and support timely filing of statutory returns.
- Exit Management: Assist in exit interviews, documentation, and full-and-final settlement coordination.

HR Execution
Build hands-on HR skills across talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll operations, compliance, and HR administration in a multi-brand product company.
- Sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication

- HR reporting basics — headcount, attendance, and recruitment trackers
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance concepts (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity)
- Ability to work on OX Bema — our internal HRMS — for leave management, attendance tracking, and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel for basic tracking, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and resume screening
- Ability to maintain HR records, documentation, and generate basic reports
- Attention to detail in HR data entry, documentation, and compliance tasks
Soft Skills:
- Eagerness to learn and grow across all HR functions
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethics when handling sensitive employee information
- Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
- Adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
- Empathy and people-first mindset when interacting with employees
- Punctuality, reliability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Work Location Requirements:
- Must be willing to work from Palani, Tamil Nadu
- No work from home option available

Round 4: Managerial Interview
Assess attitude, learning mindset, communication, and cultural alignment
Round 5: HR Interview
Focus on cultural alignment, HR ethics, confidentiality handling, and people-first values
Final Decision
Post-evaluation results and offer confirmation via email
Work Environment & Schedule
Working Hours & Schedule:
- Timing: - 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Inclusive of breaks)
- Work Days: - Monday to Friday
- Leaves: - As per industry standard and legal norms

- No retention bonus eligibility
- Reason documented in relieving letter
