About the Role & Key Responsibilities
Drive technical vision and product execution for OX Agry and OX Bema. This role blends hands-on engineering leadership with cross-functional coordination, ensuring products are built with technical excellence and delivered effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Technical Leadership - Lead technical decisions and maintain architecture standards
- Product Development - Drive end-to-end development and ensure timely delivery
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Bridge engineering, design, and business teams
- Team Mentorship - Guide team members and foster continuous learning culture
Core Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical decisions, define architecture standards, and select appropriate technologies
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards
- Product Development: Drive end-to-end development of OX products and ensure timely delivery
- Technical Roadmap: Build and maintain technical roadmap aligned with product objectives
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate between engineering, design, and business teams
- Team Communication: Report progress to leadership and facilitate technical discussions
- Mentorship: Guide team members in technical competencies and best practices
- Hands-On Development: Balance hands-on development with coordination responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience leading technical decisions and mentoring engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance hands-on development with coordination responsibilities
- Experience in product-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building and scaling engineering teams
- Track record of launching products from concept to launch
- Agile/scrum leadership background
- Startup or fast-paced environment exposure
Work Location Requirements:
- Must be willing to work from Palani, Tamil Nadu
- No work from home option available

Termination Policy (by Management):
Performance or Misconduct-Based Termination:
- Due to performance issues, misconduct, policy violations, or actions detrimental to company interests
- Notice period as per employment contract or immediate termination for serious misconduct
- Reason documented in relieving letter
- Settlement of dues as per applicable labor laws
