We are building innovative software products and SaaS solutions from the ground up and looking for passionate, talented engineers to join our core development team. You'll work on:
What You'll Build:
- Custom Software Products - Tools and specialized applications for business operations
- SaaS Platforms - Scalable cloud-based solutions for multiple clients
- Enterprise Applications - Large-scale solutions like our OX Agry platform for agricultural management and optimization
Core Responsibilities (All Engineers):
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of our software products and SaaS platforms
- Scalable Applications: Build scalable applications for internal use and client-facing solutions
- AI Integration: Participate in AI-driven development processes and intelligent automation
- Clean Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)
Specialization Tracks & Technology Stack
After completing the interview process, you'll be allocated to one of these specializations based on your interview performance
Frontend Development Track
User interface and user experience implementation
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications and dashboards
- Implement pixel-perfect UI designs for both internal tools and client-facing SaaS platforms
- Optimize applications for performance and user experience
Backend Development Track
Server-side development and API creation
- Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices for software products and SaaS solutions
- Work with databases and data modeling for multi-tenant and single-tenant architectures
- Implement security best practices and data protection across different product types
DevOps Engineering Track
Cloud infrastructure and deployment automation
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for both custom software and SaaS deployment
- Manage cloud infrastructure and monitoring systems for scalable products
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across different environments
Android Development Track
Mobile application development with Kotlin and Jetpack
- Build native Android applications for our product ecosystem
- Implement modern Android development patterns and best practices
- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and cloud services
iOS Development Track
Mobile application development with Swift
- Develop native iOS applications for our product suite
- Implement iOS-specific features and design patterns
- Ensure seamless integration with backend services and cloud platforms
Database Administrator Track
Database management, optimization, and data architecture
- Design and maintain database schemas for scalable applications
- Optimize database performance, queries, and indexing strategies
- Implement data security, backup, recovery, and migration procedures

Educational Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong programming fundamentals in any language
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands (preferred)
- JavaScript knowledge (preferred)

💰 Bonus & Benefits Programs
1. Retention Bonus
Lump Sum Bonus
₹30,000 (first 6 months) + ₹60,000 (7-18 months) + ₹10,000 (commitment bonus)
No breaks in employment are allowed during the 24-month period. Employees must maintain continuous service (excluding the internship period) to be eligible for the ₹1,00,000 retention bonus.

Total Earning Potential (30 Months + Benefits)

Employment Terms & Conditions ⚠️

1. General Terms (Internship + Employment)
Professional Conduct & Behavioral Requirements:
- Maintain high standards of professional behavior and ethical conduct in all work interactions
- Strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive data, personally identifiable information, company information, client data, proprietary technology, and business strategies
- All work created during employment belongs to OX Group and must be properly documented
- Professional communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Commitment to skill development and staying updated with latest technology and industry trends
2. Internship-Specific Terms (0-3 Months)
- Conversion to Full Time Employment is based on performance evaluation, successful project completion, and cultural fit assessment and not all interns will be offered full-time employment
- The internship duration will not be counted as part of the employment commitment period
- Interns must provide 3 days advance written notice to HR if unable to continue and within the internship program
3. Employment-Specific Terms (After Internship Completion)
Employment Confirmation & Commitment:
- Employment confirmation begins only after successful completion of the internship phase
- A 24-month commitment period applies from the date of employment confirmation
- 60 days notice period is required for resignation during employment
- Employment letter and terms will be issued only upon successful internship completion
Training Cost Recovery Policy:
If an employee resigns before completing 24 months of confirmed employment (internship not included), the following recovery rules apply: This is not a penalty. It represents the actual training, onboarding, and development costs invested in your professional growth.
0–6 Months: Salary Reimbursement for Actual Months Worked
The employee must reimburse the total salary paid for the months actually worked, up to a maximum of 6 months.
- Resigns after 2 months → repay 2 months' salary
- Resigns after 5 months → repay 5 months' salary
After 6 Months (Up to 24 Months): Fixed Recovery
If the employee resigns after completing 6 months but before 24 months, the recovery is capped at first 6 months' salary, regardless of how long they worked.
- Resigns at 12, 15, or even 20 months → repay first 6 months' salary only
Additional Clarifications
- Salary refers to the gross monthly salary received by the employee.
- Recovery applies only when the employee voluntarily resigns before completing the 24-month commitment after confirmation.
- Internship duration is excluded from this calculation
- All outstanding recovery amounts must be settled before final relieving.
- Employees leaving before completing 24 months are not eligible for the retention bonus.
Termination Policy (by Management):
Performance-Based Termination:
- Due to consistent underperformance or skill-gap issues
- No training cost recovery applicable
- 60-day notice period will be provided
- No retention bonus eligibility
Misconduct-Based Termination:
- Due to misconduct, policy violations, fraud, or actions detrimental to company interests
- Full training cost recovery as per policy
- Immediate termination possible for serious misconduct
- No retention bonus eligibility
- Reason documented in relieving letter
